Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

• Open Settings in the app
• Choose Delete account and confirm
• Your account and all your data are deleted right away

If you don't have the app

Email nuipass@hoshikaru.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address you signed in with (or the one used by your Apple or Google sign-in). After confirming it's you, we delete your account within 7 days and let you know by email.

Data we delete

• Profile (display name and so on)
• Plush details and Passports (3D models and preview images)
• Any scan videos not yet deleted
• Travel photos
• AR Links you created (they stop working right away)
• Fluff balance, Scan tickets and items
• Notification settings and device tokens

Data that remains

• Purchase records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for legal and accounting purposes (we delete them from our database)
• Backups: deleted automatically within 30 days
• Usage analytics: kept only in a form that is not linked to you
• Photos that AR Link recipients saved on their own devices

If you have nuipass Plus

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store. Unused Fluff and Scan tickets are lost when you delete your account.
